We have a number of initiatives to support work-life balance and promote the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our employees. British American Tobacco Australasia provides a supportive culture where employees feel empowered to make healthy lifestyle decisions and feel that their wellbeing is valued and promoted.
To support employee wellbeing, we have a number of services and initiatives to offer, which include -
- an Employee Assistance Programme
- on site massages
- yoga and pilates classes on site
- company sponsored entry into NSW Corporate Games , Global Corporate Challenge, City 2 Surf and BATA soccer and touch football teams
- wellbeing food options at the onsite cafes
- a fully equipped Health Centre on site at the Eastgardens location, and
- a yearly contribution onto employees Activa cards for NZ employees (linked to 3000 Health and Wellbeing merchants across NZ).
